Fund impacts the lives of those we are blessed to serve
A decline in membership as a result of emigration impacts ecclesias in isolated areas. In order to sustain the viability of these ecclesial districts, under the counsel of the CBM an outreach program has commenced inviting children from neighbourhoods adjacent to halls, children group homes, orphanages. We provide appropriate clothing, Sunday School supplies, lunch programs for these children to attend ecclesias and share time with the Sunday Schools and CYC’s in an attempt to not only better their lives but develop friendships which benefit their quality of living with the hope and prayer that they may be baptized and accepted into the glorious hope of the Gospel message. This program demands a lot of sensitivity towards cultural needs, international shipping laws and restrictions but the obvious impact has already been seen in the growth of Sunday Schools, CYC’s and children’s camps attended by some of these children.
The scholarship program is gaining momentum as you can see from the photos. These funds enable children and teenagers to attend Bible schools where initially they would not be able to attend due to distance, financial restraints and other hindrances.
